1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the Bostan app ("the app") provided by Digital Dimension ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing and using the app, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the app.

2. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the app, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, are owned by Digital Dimension. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content from the app without prior written consent from us.

3. Applicability

These terms apply to all users of the app, including those accessing the app as guests or registered users. By accessing or using the app, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

4. User Content

If the app allows users to create content, you are solely responsible for any content you share within the app. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute it for the purposes of operating and improving the app.

You agree not to engage in any conduct that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringes the rights of others.
• Harasses, threatens, or intimidates other users.
• Interferes with the proper functioning of the app.
• Attempts unauthorized access to the app or its systems.

The app may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by Digital Dimension. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any content, goods, or services available on or through such sites or services.

You agree to indemnify and hold Digital Dimension harmless from any claims or demands, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising from your breach of this Agreement or violation of any law or third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these terms.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will be made available within the app. By continuing to access or use the app after such changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.

13. Children's Privacy

Our app is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 4 years. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately. We will take steps to remove the information and terminate any related accounts.

14. End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Your use of the Bostan app is subject to the terms of the End-User License Agreement (EULA). The EULA governs the license granted to you to use the app and outlines your rights and obligations. The EULA covers aspects such as the scope of the license, usage restrictions, intellectual property rights, warranty disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute resolution.
